The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 不过影片过于片段式的处理使得故事性较弱，整体的堆砌感很浓，观看过程不免犯困。

观影前半段真的恶心到我了，血肉横飞毁灭重生，在这里，看到什么都不要觉得奇怪，深层的含义不想去想，单纯的过过眼瘾感受脑洞。

对命运重构的欲望没有得到实现，但是确确实实的认知了轮回的意义。
很概念艺术性的动画，感觉是短片加长版，不适合搞这种长度，分段可能好些。
反战、反乌托邦、反托拉斯、渎神……等等？元素过多，没看懂。

没看太懂诶，氛围很不错！居然真的能不考台词叙事，这个形式很妙！
这部片的风格，太符合我的系统了
疯子才能拍出的电影，那些粘稠的，不死的，无尽的，不朽的记忆伴随着铁路碾碎一切的美好。不需要台词，记忆的腐蚀随着时间的回流交织在一起，可感知的时间回流剥离一切，在金属的撞击中于某个节点往覆循环，那些撞击声是你仅有能够保存下来的回忆。

业余创作是挑战一个人恒心韧性的事情，完成mad god这样的动画要30年的长度、一辈子都不一定够、但业余创作最大的意义就是可以无视商业和观众的存在，为自己而做、纯粹又真炽、稀缺又疯狂、就有可能成为传奇
4.5 屈服于美术！Diesel punk的极致！各种手法的拼贴让人想起Dave Mckean的插画 定格动画这个载体本身已经很能代表质量了 即使只是堆叠起来的片段 叙事什么的都不重要了——
