Whenever I see La Paura I think of it as a companion piece to Eyes Wide Shut, or maybe it is the other way around. Adultery makes both films tick but in different ways. I think Phillip French was right on the money when he pointed out a Wizard of Oz thing in Kubrick's last work. Like Dorothy, Tom and Nicole go through fantasies and nightmares and at the end Dorothy's reassuring childish motto "there's no place like home" is ironically updated to the adult circumstantial adage "there's no sex like marital sex". Kubrick's take is intellectual, he never leaves the world of ideas to touch the ground. He taunts the audience first with an erotic movie and then with a thriller and refuses to deliver either of them. He was married to his third wife for 40 years, until he died. Rossellini was still married to Ingrid Bergman when he directed La Paura; they had been adulterous lovers and their infidelity widely criticized La Paura is a tale, a noirish one. The noir intrigue is solved and the tale has a happy ending. The city is noir; the country is tale, the territory where childhood is possible. The transition is operated in the most regular way: by car, a long-held shot taken from the front of the car as it rides into the road, as if we were entering a different dimension. Irene (Bergman) starts the movie: we just see a dark city landscape but her voice-over narration tells us of her angst and informs us that the story is a flashback, hers. Bergman's been cheating on her husband. At first guilt is just psychological torture but soon expands into economic blackmail and then grows into something else. From beginning to end the movie focuses on what Bergman feels, every other character is there to make her feel something. Only when the director gives away the plot before the main character can find out does he want us to feel something Bergman still can't. When she finds out, we have already experienced the warped mechanics of the situation and we may focus once again on the emotional impact it has on Bergman's Irene. In La Paura treasons are not imagined but real, nightmares are deliberate and the couple's venom suppurates in bitter ways. Needless to say, Ingrid has another of her rough rides in the movies but Rossellini doesn't dare put her away as he did in Europa 51, nor does he abandon her to the inscrutable impassivity of nature (Stromboli). His gift is less transcendent and fragile than the conclusion of Viaggio in Italia. He just gives his wife as much of a fairy tale ending as a real woman can have, a human landscape where she can finally feel at home. Back to the country, a half lit interior scene where shadows suggest the comfort of sleep. After all, it's the "fairy godmother" who speaks the last words in the movie.
剑心最悲伤故事。这部从前几作的15+变成18+，打斗少了，但是文戏部分差点看哭😢
太长了…对村花无感，看得有点煎熬，剧情也没前几部精彩。幕末那个年代，无论尊皇攘夷倒幕还是开国维新，不相信点什么可能没法儿活下去吧…以及剑心还有白月光，fine。
一段凄美的虐恋改变了男主的内心，十字刀疤的痕迹铭记着爱人的逝去。
4.5星。剧情和动画版没什么区别，可惜当时的感动已经耗尽了，现在只觉得电影版真人和实景效果更逼真更燃，没有让人失望，没有什么别的感触了。
浪客剑心这个系列电影，真的给了我很大的震撼。看完这一部后，心里竟然久久不能平静。我想以后有时间，我想重新把这个系列再从头看一遍。这样子的话，我或许就能更加理解这个故事了吧。

天呐，这个版本我好爱！少年剑心从拔刀斋到不杀之誓。巴真的好温柔好温柔啊
伴随着超燃的背景乐这个系列完结了，看过最好的日系漫改作品之一（提名寄生兽），巴的选角不错，北村一辉也蛮抢镜的，为了志志雄真实登场的改编也比较到位，就是新撰组不太满意，除了斋藤一其他的角色要么反派脸要么一带而过。。这冲田不满意啊）
特别有质感，美术非常棒，感觉很帅不做作，观赏性极强，故事不咋滴
20年前看的漫画，10年前开始电影系列第一部，到今天为止终于完结，大友不仅奉献了我心目中最好的漫改电影系列，也让佐藤健在个人影史上塑造了一个经典的人物，到这部结束，在我心里剑心就是佐藤健，佐藤健已经就是剑心了
不断闪回的相同镜头并没有任何新鲜的信息量
最终的最终章，回到了剑心何以成为剑心的本质上。是为了崇高的理念、新时代的建立而仗剑杀人，还是脚踏实地去珍惜身边最微细的幸福。在时代的洪流中，没有绝对的正义，选择了一种理念，就只能自欺欺人地坚持下去。革命无不流血，这些血到底该不该流。“剑是凶器，剑术是杀人的伎俩，无论用多美丽的借口掩饰，这始终是事实。”一纵一横两道刀疤，那就是正义的原罪。
浪客剑心动画我只喜欢追忆篇，而且看完后久久不能忘怀的震撼（tv版动画不喜欢），也是至今不管是动漫还是小说唯一能接受结局be的一部作品；电影真人版看完追忆篇后，同样觉得是浪客剑心真人版中拍的最好的一部，不管是剧情还是画面、节奏、打斗等，当然还有女主，说实在电影版真讨厌武井咲演的女主，又丑又没演技还是个面瘫花瓶，最主要是和佐藤健演的剑心完全没有cp感，一丁点都不配，看到她就快进实在受不了，这也给整部电影拉低很多质量（得亏电影版这女主剧情篇幅不算多，反正一出来我就出戏），所以追忆篇的村花出来一对比瞬间舒服很多，而且和佐藤健的剑心cp感挺可以（虽然村花我也觉得是面瘫，但近两年演技有了进步），而且长相比起武井咲又黑又柴又面瘫的脸来说顺眼太多，追忆篇真人版改编的挺好（就是结尾没有动画利落），继续二刷
前传，脸颊两道疤痕由来，老公一刀，老婆一刀。不见大时代下的人，没有精彩的动作场面，池田屋狙击和冲田总司打了个寂寞。只剩儿女情长。
观感系列最差。能明显感觉到导演想在质感上与前几部做出区别，削弱漫画质感。但问题在于，这个系列一旦没了漫画感，所有的情节也好，人物也好，都是站不住的。有村架纯也并不适合这个角色，影像也一股子横店味儿。最关键的是，动作戏也太少了吧！

之前知道是什么故事了，觉得很拖沓拧巴，剑心，巴都是这样，束手束脚一点不干脆，剑心之前应该是个杀伐果断的人，有了十字疤后开始蜕变，没想到片子里呈现的依然优柔寡断，而且面瘫寡言
太美了TVT 比起人诛篇更喜欢追忆篇，雪中的每一帧都美得惊天动地。这部的文戏是系列作中我最喜欢的，可能原作这段就足够强吧，即使有所取舍，也依然动人。最后要感谢一下出票的好心人，还有每天拼命刷票的自己，我真的，太努力了，大银幕不负我TVT
在漫画里就被誉为剧情天花板的追忆篇，真人版也没有让人失望啊。虽然打斗没有前几部多，但出血量多啊。更为关键的是，将源头的故事作为最终章，反而深化了故事内核，无愧于片名的the beginning
