The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 认真讲故事的国产鬼片，类似罗生门的叙事，全程没鬼，有的只是丑陋的人心
迷信桥段自然有其市场，加上某些网文套路，正对了小白的口味。

最后，很多画面其实是相同的，比如与公鸡成亲的画面，但其实背景完全不同，故事也完全不同，很精彩。
作为网大，有一点点意思，作为国产惊悚片，更有一点点意思。

除了特效很差外，故事性还不错，比一般的院线电影要强。

真不错的网络电影，能自圆其说的把故事讲完。人心难测，好恩无好报。
不错不错，现在网大都有这个质量了，以为是讲精怪的，结果是讲人性的……

挺好看的！甚至狐狸洞那里一个大脑袋都有点吓人了！故事完整，很聪明的写法，看到最后心里很难受，一个警世喻言了。有被惊喜到。

作为网络电影很不错了 导演叙事风格有意思 罗生门的感觉
升米恩斗米仇的故事。说书的河南腔听着真带劲。故事的开头比较套路，夜雨，山庙，荒村，乌合之众。有些特效实在是恶心啊，让人生理不适。剧情上属于自己挖坑自己填，开放式结尾，但依据目前的拍摄环境，只要说法中掺杂了鬼怪，等于是说这个故事版本是假的。因此已经没有任何悬念可讲了。
