The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 电影本身真的是模式化痕迹过重，全靠一群老戏骨演技支撑。
方中信还是那么帅！
一晃，廖叔走了近一年了。遗作一级指控依然很香港，故事、演技都很港。有人说，这个故事经不起推敲，最后法律没有取得胜利，平民的胜利只因富商对女儿的爱。可，人生不就是这样吗？
为咗唔斋企，用技术处理后的非法手段来维护口中所谓人人平等的公义？下一代的确堪忧..
整个剧情撑不住最后的发言。廖启智总是演的很好。
好差劲呀，感觉不到紧张感，还不如tvb的律政电视剧。两个老头的对戏可以。

开头十分钟就一股上世纪三流港片的味道，弃了
少年时期的偶像方中信的剧都会看，现在还是好帅哦！正义永远不会缺席！
哪里会有绝对的正义，最后一段陈词，就当是理想主义的自白。朋友多了路好走。
比其他观众还不能忍的一项就是配音，即使不用港片常用的南方团体，也可以让TVB国语配音部来出演，现在的版本，就想是找了个网配小社团匆匆完工之作。
自首的太生硬了，不过可能却很真实。剧本整体比较平。
当曾志威在法庭上狂躁发疯冲着他爸喊救他的时候，瞬间想到了九品芝麻官里常威在喊他那阴阳人烂pg的干爹！
没有那么多是非分明，也依然可以寻得到公义，故事整体就是老套无趣重复，单纯从创作角度完全不知道它存在的意义是什么，可能就是增加工作机会吧，
靠良心实现的正义，和靠暴力实现的正义，本质上没有区别，都是一种赌博行为！
真的法律面前，人人平等就好了～中规中矩的一部港片，也应该是智叔生前的最后一部电影吧？R.I.P

在本片中出现的黄金配角廖启智和曾江都已经去世了。
中段，港片的法庭辩论要是电影里演的，那就太扯蛋了。什么时候不戴假发了，也许就真正回归了。
