The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 全片的唯一亮点可能就是怪兽的建模和流畅的格斗。剧情本身相当经不起推敲，适合单纯看个爽，爽过就可以忘，励志？整部电影更像是血脉的觉醒，没有天赋？看台下纹身完后洗纹身。
无聊又平庸，提不起来劲。除了怪兽有几分丑萌。
……我为什么要看这么一部电影？情节低幼老套，逻辑混乱，主角也没啥成长性。画面精细程度甚至不像好莱坞作品。我真的觉得还不如国产的熊出没系列。
