After a holiday visit with his parents, Mikey is headed to the airport to return to his wife and newborn baby. Except he doesn’t board the plane. Instead he returns to his parents’ loft in lower Manhattan, back to his childhood room that has since been converted to storage. Unsure of his own motivations, he makes up excuses about why he’s staying – his flight is delayed, his flight is cancelled. A day passes, and then another, and he calls home and work to say he can’t return just yet – his parents are getting old, his parents are ill, time is too short. His doting mother is more than happy to enable his procrastination, while his artist father is suspicious. From afar, his confused wife grows increasingly unsettled. Meanwhile Mikey moves back into his room, digging out notebooks and mementos, calling on old friends. 打破第四面墙的叙述方式让我很不适应，女主的口吻过于现代化，让我觉得有点不伦不类，男主的脸又一度让我觉得他大概不是男主。
豆瓣评分太低，拉高。优美的托斯卡纳风景，漂亮到诱人的美食，温柔舒缓的配乐，还有稍显俗套的故事。
本片最大的亮点就是独白部分对Jane Austen大段大段的引用
讲真这样的改编明明更适合Emma
所谓的现代版改编难道只是选角上体现肤色平等，以及女主打破“第四面墙”的尴尬独白，就很不伦不类，真是糟糕的改编。男主像根木头，眼神空洞毫无魅力，演不出深情味道，男二又过于油腻浮夸。达妹无论是扮相或演技都没有一丝符合这个角色，全员劝退。
这不傻嘛，Dakota的气质和颜值怎么看都比她姐姐Elizabeth出色很多，怎么就成了家人嫌弃的丑小鸭。改编起码得尊重原著尊重历史吧？行，政治正确无所谓，长得不帅也无所谓，但最起码你要会演戏呀，都改成这样了，为啥不直接拍个现代剧，何必这样毁掉别人心中的白月光。感觉仿佛又看了一遍新版的《灰姑娘》，还是那句老话对于童话与名著来讲，古典美的消失是件极其恐怖的事情。
😂女主被红酒浇头我的第一反应是“发烂发臭”
轻喜剧。女主艳光四射，全赖配角统统歪瓜裂枣衬托。而且，一个白人，在奥斯丁时代，有这么多各肤色的亲友也挺难入戏的。
为了推动剧情冒出好多不合理的情节！说灾难不灾难！说喜剧也没多少笑点！和《隧道》没法比！最后强行煽情给我整不会了！
面对群山，托斯卡纳是另一副模样。看看想想这剧情我竟然看完了。
其实勉强三星是可以的。。但是强行的政治正确让我有些生厌。。简奥斯丁的原著是多年前看的。。重温下也还是好的。。达妹是美的啊
作为劝导狂饭，我觉得还可以，甚至有种别样的感动。
将近两个小时近乎煎熬，女主像是从现代穿越过去用不标准的英音在讲旁白，整部剧就是很违和。美国人请远离简奥斯丁，丝到普丝到普！
真的不对味…靠回味07版洗眼睛……越是喜欢一个剧，越是痛心诡异的改编，想到下一次改编可能要几年后了…
这种一边进行剧情一边欢快旁白的电影是真的烦
等了那么久，开场男主的那滴泪我就知道这戏八成黄了。。。。但没想到的是，这简直是史诗级的灾难电影。
我有空听你搁这大段自白，不如把原著再读一遍...
选一段再延长，这样的改变风格还不错，女主气质佳，之前的一部文艺片也是她演主角，nice，
美式英伦风总是糙糙的，人、光、景、对话、故事……
