The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 这是一部非常推荐的动画电影，整场都充满了欢乐，节奏紧凑，笑点很多，春节档一家人去看再适合不过。同时随着剧情的推进虎墩的身世浮出水面，坚强中充满温情，没有什么比信守承诺更重要的品质，这不正是镖师的精神内核吗，是我们中国人讲自己的平凡故事，最后团圆饭拉回了现实特别应景。动画制作精良，可谓国产动漫上乘之作，大家携亲人去观影吧，人间值得！

一个孩子的成长，一个中年失意男人的自我救赎。挺适合全家一起观看的，温情。
老套的剧情，画风似曾相识。剧情真的是太老了，看了开头就能知道结尾的那种。好莱坞的流水线剧本，作为纯国产的一部动画电影，展示了国内突飞猛进的电影技术。值三颗星。

只适合过年，受众好像只有小朋友，也没有深刻抽象的道理，台词有的很现代跳戏，打戏很精彩，故事很老套，画面制作不错，选题角度很新颖，但故事不够惊喜。
那个手下太邪恶了，功力很高。那个小英雄很逗，很好玩。我很高兴最后他们一家人在除夕夜里团聚了，那个飞龙盘剑很壮观。
如果说可以改一个名字的话，可以叫做神行太保小时候的故事或者戴宗前传。
動畫其次，電影主題不錯👍團圓才是核心🥳中間歌曲不錯，經常聽小外外唱。
邹四火，你这个片子放十年前还行，现在看没有进步，你团队的人都是技术出身，从导演到你，上一部豆福传就是故事出的问题。这次好一点，至少不乱。你动画定位有问题，要么给孩子看，要么给成人看。你用动画的壳做的成人故事，又怕孩子看不懂，拉低了成人片的思维。好好找个编剧，猴哥的编剧不适合动画题材。这个片子没有他的影子。还是把心思放在故事上吧。国漫已经崛起，这个水平还真不太行。你做大IP改编吧，像阅文，幻维一样。这部戏投资人肯定是亏钱了，你们团队还好。继续努力吧，别老思维了。

小虎墩，武侠风格，虎虎生风。
虎墩这造型学的周星驰韦小宝吧 一般般 确实不太适合孩子看 孩子也不愿意看
画面很大气啊，小虎墩带着我感受了大西北的绝美风光
