The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 从没想过战争题材也能和中国水墨画的质感结合的如此微妙，整一个被这部电影迷住了。
这部影片很值得肯定，不止阐明了浙西南革命精神，也再次提醒我们家仇国恨不能忘，革命英雄永垂不朽。
在接近黑白画面风格的处理下，最后下的血雨，画面转成红色真的有被震撼到，这场雨是有多少无名英雄的牺牲所换来的，极致悲壮又饱含希望。
这是一场非常具有使命感的向死而生，很难想象当时年轻的他们心里怀揣着怎样的情绪去完成这样一个任务，如今的我们只有面对着银幕深深致敬。
画面太美了，风格想起让人《影》，内容想起《敦刻尔克》，整体还是像流水账了。
整个战斗过程中，他们的每一次抉择每一场交战却都实实在在牵动着我的心。
有些人表面上是萨摩的西乡隆盛，其实是新选组的近藤局长。
出乎意料的驚喜。很喜歡開頭長鏡頭和火燃燒的音效，結尾很脆。
——没错，就是冈田准一。
只能说是别具一格的战争片，故事呈现的战争地点不是城市楼宇、小镇街巷，而是在山间田野。开头、结尾的镜头带着一点诗意，没有过分的主角光环和个人英雄主义等等，这些都是本片特色的地方。整体没有特别精彩，但有佳句，值得鼓励。
但有趣的人才能感动观众

既让我们看到了战争的残酷，也让我们看懂了浙西南革命精神，同时还让我们欣赏到了一副水墨美景，值得细细品味。
本片的信息量太大，有点像流水账，不熟悉那段历史的人会看得很累，而且片中对血腥场面拍摄得很克制，武打戏也不精彩，看在布景和演员上给多一颗星了。
还有明显的不知道是致敬，还是碰瓷赚噱头呢. ..太拙劣了吧
那一幕血雨下到我心里去了，不仅洗刷了黑白世界中的罪恶，同时也涤荡了我的灵魂，对革命先烈的崇拜空前高涨，他们是最可爱的人，致敬英雄！
