The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 摄影不错，氛围一般，bug太多。
十分套路的恐怖剧，也就是看了前面十几分钟就能猜到后面的剧情，也不是说拍的不好，也不是说演技不好，小男孩演技十分好，but就是没有新意，欧美这种怪兽剧太多太多太多了，一看就知道接下来会发生什么，就好像第一个塑料制品是惊艳世界的，后面的复制只配得到廉价两个字
传说中的怪物总是犹抱琵琶半遮面，而且还是个战五渣，竟然被轻易杀死了，当然影片结尾也在告诉观众，它又找到了一个宿主。
-怪物有点帅，但是故事却不咋地。

整个基调非常悲伤，一对兄妹，拯救孩子，孩子拯救家人的故事。

看预告的时候都没想到这部会撞上恐怖片大年，原著很短，对这种在氛围和怪物造型上突出的恐怖片应该说是挺友好，结尾的处理我还是更喜欢黑森灵这种不强行灭怪的形式
怪物蜕变的场景及造型挺好，小男孩冷静又变态。整体营造的惊悚氛围带有一些悬疑，但是后半段太拉跨了。

简介里不是说鹿角恶魔么？这么简单就被一个女人给捅死了？
【C+】质感类似于《黑森灵》，但是其内容却十分匮乏。没有内涵的故事，没有深意的对话，也没有推进的动力，只有空洞的摄影和「惊鸿一瞥」的怪物设计还可圈可点，如果放在分段式恐怖片中的话应该还是很不错的。
刻板印象里的“文艺片”。兄弟俩小演员要是一个人演或许能提个最佳男主，但俩人都挺不错。
