The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 人们选择生活方式，不应该是选择轻松或者辛苦，不是选择有家可归或者流浪，也不是选择陪伴或者孤独，如果只是这样选择，那未免太过简单，那不叫选择，而是顺应世俗去生活。关于本片我想说的仅此。

习惯了流浪，便再也无法停下上路的脚步。整片给我一种忧郁的诗意，在西方式的框架下，却也蕴含着东方式的哲理。上路的勇气总要大过无房的恐惧，而家的意义就在寻找的路上。

太有同感了。生命该是流动的，我却困住了。等待一个可以任由思绪松弛下来的时刻。需要一段时间什么都不做，准确地说还是要干点儿什么，就是思考。
很沉重，有关失去和破碎的一个故事，不是压抑，也不是黑色，就是很沉重，其中又似乎隐藏着某种希望。就像我们眼中的生活，少有起承转合，缺乏戏剧冲突，但如果跳出来看，都很沉重。看完之后作为观众的我如鲠在喉，不知该如何形容我的感受，如果一部电影用几个镜头就能表达出几百字几千字也形容不明白的情绪，那这一定是一部好电影，这也是电影这门艺术存在的意义，《无依之地》就是一部这样的电影。
这是不是首部关注这类不得不上路的边缘人的电影？
这得多坚强的心 才能一直坚持这样的生活状态
「I’ll see you down the road.」大概是一個心有所屬的人吧，也就對於這樣一個心無歸屬的故事比較無感了。攝影、音樂、演員都表現的很好，尤其是攝影，但文本及敘事步調還是比較難對上頻率，對我來說是一部沒有錯的電影，但也就僅此而已。
