The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 故事很简单，也不太吸引人，东木老爷明显老了，90岁了，太厉害了
一个饱经风霜，被生活洗尽铅华，早已参透“硬汉”不过虚名，外表弱不禁风，内心坚如磐石；一个渴望温情，却过早熟悉冷漠，妄图伪装“硬汉”对抗世界，看似叛逆独立，实则脆弱无助。这样两个“表里不一”的家伙，被一只名副其实的“硬汉”牵线搭桥，并目（依）睹（靠）其在危机中力挽狂澜，如此设定无奈中透着几分戏谑与豁达。当二人一鸡的旅途行至终点，孤老寻得归宿，顽童走向成熟，观众也被传递了一波生活的真谛。剧本结构简单得就像一则小品，叙事上却依然有着老派的沉稳大气，节奏娓娓道来，丝毫不觉乏味。年迈的他在表达上愈发温和，也正呼应了片中的角色，对人生的回顾和总结与《骡子》异曲同工，难怪又要亲自出演。虽有力不从心，亦是甘之如饴。无论如何，能在银幕上看到老爷子的身影就是一种奢侈。牛仔离不开马背，东木永远属于片场。

最危险的时候也笼罩在金色的梦幻阳光里，语调缓缓的，全程连个紧张的bgm都没有
东木老爷子都九十一岁了，致敬！喜欢被偷的那辆红色越野车～
平淡到没有高潮的公路片！每个人都有故事，但好像故事也很普通。伊斯特伍德用简单的故事在回顾自己吧！我们都应该往前看！老爷子只要拍就行，就算拍他喝喝酒，吹吹牛皮都行！！
东木竟然还能演戏，出乎意料，可惜这部的故事有点无聊，但东木老人的戏只能且看且珍惜了。
看着不累 老头走的颤颤巍巍 让我想到了逝去的爷爷
想起了不相关的Thomas Cromwell, “Most gracious Prince, I cry for mercy, mercy, mercy."
最后他幸福地生活下去
剧情、音乐其实真的可以的。实在是…小男孩演技尴尬，前半段节奏不够紧凑。可以说因为还小，但东木这次也太宽容了。
