The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 西部传奇“比利小子”的另一个版本，典型的西部套路。
儿子真的烦人啊~像个爱闹情绪的小媳妇，大敌当前了还要跟爸爸置气。最后的反转有点一般般，被救的那个角色完全是个白痴弱鸡，完全不值得老亨利为他出手嘛
氛围感有了，但是不交代下之前发生的事还是有点儿云里雾里
简单的剧情，简单的拔枪战斗，一切都中规中矩
一星半，套上了许多西部片的陈词滥调，而对其内核中的几个主要矛盾冲突避而不谈。全片都在极力唤起观众的西部情调，但就是很难让人相信，这个拍了100分钟的视频叫西部片

每一句台词都是恰到好处，不多不少，节奏也很棒， 蒂姆·布雷克·尼尔森的演技太好

西部片的魅力依旧，没有政治正确的黑人，没有情情爱爱的女人，西部牛仔们左轮手枪和步枪的响声真是悦耳。如今电影院的电垃圾电影太多，能在网上看到这部片实在难得！
就是疑问这伙人手臂上标志啥意思，为什么最后那个人暴露了之后要啥老亨利？什么仇什么怨
就是不知不觉看完了，一个半小时，说明逻辑没问题，节奏紧凑。挺喜欢主人公的性格，隐忍克制，但是就像好汉歌一样，该出手时就出手。
好多影迷说是传统硬核西部片，但这明明是老无所依式的西部哀歌。当然，导演希望比利小子后继有人，而传统西部片能再现辉煌。

好久没看这种简单粗暴的西部片了。这片最大的问题就是看了开头，就猜到结局。不过猜到剧情也没关系，这类电影的亮点在于老头和小崽子如何在人数完全没有优势的情况下反杀。这部电影里，小崽子从头到尾都是个没有任何能力的莽汉，所以几乎全靠老亨利一人扭转乾坤。老亨利不亏是金盆洗手、隐姓埋名的高手，一个人也把对方全搞定了。大战过后，小崽子终于成长了，也了解到了自己的爹有多厉害。可惜，大战的过程不太精彩。
最后的中枪，好比英雄迟暮。其实也是西部片的现状，一声回响。7.5
