The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. IMAX2D。基本符合预期。丹尼尔·克雷格的007终结篇，意外地把焦点放在了家庭上，邦德这一次不为任务，不为国家，而是为了家人出身入死，反派也同样是为了家人复仇，相比于其他系列史诗终章，格局虽然不大，却多了几分人味。人一旦人动了情便有了软肋，即使无暇赴死也不得不死，詹姆斯·邦德或者说丹尼尔·克雷格这一次简直是百炼钢也化作绕指柔了。
一直想说 女主的演技真的so underrated 一开始看悬崖边上的野餐 只是觉得女主那个造型真美真古典 那双眼睛太亮了 身材也好
有的东西不在于它到底有多好，而在于它出现的时间如此恰当；这是一个我愿意约的所有人都没空的晚上，还刚刚在许久不联系的前女友那碰了一鼻子灰，as u know，这种恋爱式的爽文设计一下子就击中了我，我竟然还一直盼望着男女主能真的上床；至于真的在一起，我是多么希望能够是真实的啊，可惜我早就长大了。可能以后我回看这段记录会很奇怪吧，它简直和影评半点关系也不沾，但也许，那种解构才是不真实的套路呢？我很喜欢这样，不管不管。
无暇赴死，有空煽情。铁金刚系列最差，毫无卖点。除了标志性的片头MTV之外，看不出有哪场戏是非保留不可的，包括动作戏，160分钟砍掉一半时长正合适。至于说“为情谢幕”，恐怕安在情圣杨过头上都嫌不尊重智商，何况邦德这种花花公子。复联还有个“平行宇宙”设定遮羞，像007这种银幕摇钱树拿“死”来赚眼泪，真比直接说资本家不爱钱还搞笑。唯一的亮点是古巴女郎安娜，比女主更像邦女郎。
菲编写的女实习生很出彩，但却昙花一现。。。
这是最好的邦德，他终于从神坛上走下来了，那些缺陷和不完美，像脸上的伤疤一样，是他最真实动人、有血有肉的部分，在这个最终的篇章里，我们重新认识了他，又花了一点时间做了一个早有预料的告别，“no time to die”这个名字仿佛是玛德琳在嘲笑他稀烂的时间观念，因为现在没人拥有足够多的时间，去讲更多的故事，去过那个曾经差点拥有的不一样的人生了。
万万没想到这个系列居然能跟亲情家庭扯上关系……
这个结尾太屎了，这是丹尼尔克雷格的告别，不是邦德的告别，完全将丹尼尔克雷格凌驾在了邦德之上，电影主创对系列颇不尊重啊！难怪油管上几个007铁粉播主都气得不行😓蕾雅赛杜这一部里就像是灰原哀，什么都知道却什么都不说，早点开诚布公不得了，真受不了这种闷嘴葫芦的美惨人设。
女主的眼睛可真好看。

家庭温情氛围很动人，老奶奶的葬礼演讲看得我都掉下了眼泪。这一生做个好人普普通通过也挺好的。
难以想象我居然差点要给我最爱的Daniel Craig的007系列大结局打两星。我觉得除了很多错过的台词导致我没办法完全理解剧情发展的逻辑外，各种奇怪的感情戏码也是极大的减分项。如此精彩的《皇家赌场》居然一路下滑到现在这个地步。

某种意义上 007就是英国的象征。不知道接下来会是谁接任007这个角色。准备了3周的女特工更像邦女郎
