很奇怪，电影一直用高强bgm进行情绪轰炸，却没有拍出该有的厚重感，至于不停的用死亡点题，也不过是努力找补锚点，有些经历的人或许会看到生死论调，但对单纯的影迷而言，这显然并不是一部完整的作品。
有点本杰明的感觉……主要还是讲情！医学方面我也看不懂……
其实…我觉得这分低了点，整体感觉还是挺不错的，可能后半段有点点拉垮。

男女主都爱的太克制，女主克制是因为觉得自己不那么干净，配不上男主吧。她一直在等男主主动，甚至给了很多机会：约会，给他房间钥匙，给他酒店号码…男主一直没有说出那句：这些年我一直爱着你…他爱女主吗？是的，但爱的是那个记忆里的她，那个清纯美好善良的少女。他是因为怯懦不敢表白，还是他内心压根没法接受不再清纯的爱人，所以选择了不说？谁也不知道。最美好的爱情是在记忆力，永远封存。这才是不老奇事。
干细胞也可太奇怪了。太怪了，怎么想都不对。
奇怪又混乱，开篇可以感觉到王朔的参与，后面又可以感觉到郭敬明的参与，充满了割裂的感觉。编剧想把生死和离别这样宏大的主题与科学和爱情以及时代缩影全部融在一起，然后采用了青梅竹马爱而不得的痴情男和沦落演艺圈的所谓卖笑女的老套路…还加了单恋和代孕您是怎么想的呢？
感觉导演虽然蛮用心地想把故事影视化，但吸引人的还是它本身的文学性，不老的主线，离奇的故事，不能说没有一点意思，但说“奇”的背后很难让人思考创作者希望表达“不老”的深意到底是什么，讲了很多，又好像没讲。可能还是一部半熟的文学电影，缺少直射人心的那一个片段，一个镜头，一段对白。
记忆和构建记忆的经历都迷人，只要你记得住，好的坏的都迷人。
