The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 角度新颖细腻，国内疫情题材的影视作品都该学学，疫情只是背景，人性才是重点。结局又暖又虐。

就喜欢法国人的这个态度，像人一样的生活，情、爱、怨、愁细腻的烟火气，那悲歌下清新自然的旋律，多姿多彩浪漫无畏的色彩，新生命的诞生，旧生命的悄逝，欣然面对人生百态，不辜负生命给我们带来的每一分钟。
大疫之下更需真情！虽然这片子拍的早了点，但法国人的喜剧天性即便是在天朝和后来的上海，丹尼·伯恩的性情也许仍会作出这样的选择
不得不佩服法国人的浪漫、幽默和娱乐，让烦人的新冠和抗疫变得这样温情和喜感。不同的视角，不同的体会，不同的收获。我们习惯了宏大叙事，其实换成这样的角度，效果更好，因为更贴近个体。微就是伟，小就是大。#童行健谈#
上四星。一部工整的情景喜剧不是很好拍的，但导演的这些包袱真的有奏效。
