The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 一開始以為是孫女和奶奶互相從彼此陌生走向一家親的種田治癒番，後面才發現原來是魔幻題材的降魔除妖篇。

画面好美。靠山看海，那么大的院子房子内饰也不错，想去这样房子度假一段时间。
前面还好 蛮治愈的 慢生活和一切煮物看起来是很小森林的感觉 生活在有求必应的迷途之家里
背景音乐做的太差了，剧情有时感到牵强，感觉很一般。

综合所有的现在社会最难面对的事情，电影是积极的，当然希望也是带来积极的一面，改变自己的消费和经济观念，适应当下社会的现实，也是很有警示作用。
有一说一，交待背景靠奶奶不断的讲故事的确让人出戏。最后希望我们“往事暗沉不可追，来日之路光明璀璨”。
想要一个这样的家，适宜温度的洗澡水，吃不完的饭，马上就能喝到的冰水。治愈，但感觉又有点普通。
