The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 3. 我反对阴谋论者。
拍的蛮美的，但是议题已经不新颖，思考也蜻蜓点水浮皮潦草的。
导演对科技的幻想不够充分，又对人性的美好过于乐观。事实上，没有人会希望自己被“另一个人”彻底取代，甚至连自己的死亡都不在这世上留下任何痕迹。
文本简单又简短的电影，全程靠阿里的表演在支撑，但不是件坏事。超越了伦理的一次探讨，包括如何接受“逐渐被遗忘”，和如何接受镜像面对一个一模一样的“你”。

电影版黑镜。我没有被触动，真是铁石心肠。但是当晚躺在床上确实思考了很久，我重病之后一定不会找人替代我，我的占有欲可以延续到我死后。
